Exercise has been proven to have many positive benefits, including improved self-esteem, reduced stress, and increased mental and physical energy. For me, it’s just something I’ve always done. It helps me relieve stress from work and my personal life, it gives me more energy throughout the day, and it makes me feel good about myself in general. But what about you? 1) It keeps me from being sad
When I'm feeling down, a good workout always helps me feel better. Not only does it help me take my mind off of whatever is bothering me, but it also releases endorphins that naturally improve my mood. If I'm not in the mood for running or lifting weights, dancing will usually do the trick. The important thing is that you find something you enjoy and do it regularly so that exercise becomes part of your lifestyle.
It boosts my self-esteem: It's amazing how fast your body starts to change after even just a few weeks of working out regularly! Suddenly, jeans are too big because you've lost weight and your clothes don't fit as snugly around your waistline or arms anymore. Plus, there are so many different types of workouts available: running, biking, swimming, playing tennis - there's something for everyone!
